Ringworm is actually a common skin issue and is not actually related to a worm. It can be treated with antifungal creams or ointments, which can be found over the counter. When you are using these ointments, you must first make sure that you wash the rash well with soap and water.

After you wash the rash, make sure that it is dried carefully before applying the cream. If there are any blistered sores, you may want to create a compress to help soothe and dry them out. Compresses made with Burow’s solution are the best option. This is available over the counter without a prescription as well.

You should also make sure that you follow all the instructions on the package of the cream that you have chosen. This treatment should be continued for two to four weeks.

If you do not begin to notice any changes after the first two weeks, you should contact your doctor. You should also be certain that you are also treating athlete’s foot at the same time if it is present. This will help to ensure that you will not become infected again after the infection is cleared up the first time.

Determining when you ovulate may be tricky with irregular periods, but tracking your cycles through charting will put you in control over your cycles which will then help you determine the best time for you to get pregnant. Living a healthy lifestyle by reducing stress, eating right, and doing exercise, will help regulate your period and increase fertility.  It is also recommended that you determine the cause of your irregular periods so that you will know better how to address this. Seeing your doctor will help you with this matter.

Having amenorrhea or lack of menstrual cycle also means no ovulation occurring, which significantly impairs fertility. Having this condition will require you to seek help from your doctor to help restore your fertility. Treatment for this condition will depend on its underlying cause. In order to restore your fertility and for you to get pregnant, it is crucial for you to promptly receive the appropriate treatment you may need to correct your amenorrhea.
