Duct tape is a great item to have around the house because it has the power to take care of many household issues. One thing that it is very useful for is getting rid of warts. In fact, research shows that duct tape works just as well as the tools and devices that you will find in your local drugstore for getting rid of warts.

The process that you should go through to use duct tape to get rid of warts is fairly simply. First, you will cover the wart with duct tape for six days. Usually, warts appear in places that make it difficult to keep covered. If the duct tape falls off before this time frame, simply replace it with a new strip.

If you are consistent with this method, you should find that after a couple of months, your wart is gone. This is an inexpensive way to get rid of warts and allows you to do so without the use of medications or a trip to the doctor.
