Yoga is a great prenatal exercise that is very popular with many pregnant women.     my fiancee n i have been trying for a year and half and nothing seems to be happening! I recently went to my gyn to see what was going on. She put me on provera and prenatals and I got a Vag probe and a ultra sound to make sure everything was okay and to see if I had any cyst or fibroids. everything came back good accept my pap showed a bacteria cyst she gave me 2 anti biotics that should help that and told me not to worry. Im worried though that if its not me then its my fiancee diabetes or high blood pressure because I know his medication could be having some affect.       You can conceive after birth control, although, it may take some time for some women. Birth control pills prevent ovulation. Once the hormones go out of your body within a couple of days, your body starts to adjust functioning on its own again then start ovulating. The time period for each woman to have their cycles to return to ‘normal’ varies. For some, it may take a couple of weeks to ovulate while others take months. In general, it should return to ‘normal’ within 2 to 3 months. The regularity of your periods prior to birth control must also be taken into consideration, because if you have had problems, then those issues may still be present.     I have been married for 19 years. Not one day have we ever use any type of contraceptives. I have almost all the tests.
